Its Friday again so it must be time for our FollowFriday.

This weeks recommendation is an independent Mexican Restaurant who have been with us since they opened, it was us who came up with the design of the logo and branding and this is our way of saying thank you back.

Bandidos opened in the summer of last year and is set in the heart of Aylesbury Town centre in the buzzing food centre of Kingsbury Square.

If you like your food spicy then this is the place to dine, as you go down the stairs you will be greeted by all the mexican flavours and colours of this restaurant.

They have live entertainment as well with Sylar the magician a frequent performer. So if your looking for an independent restaurant with a twist then Bandidos is the place to visit. It gets very busy so it is advisable to book or to get there early.

Their details are:

Bucks Sport announces post 2012 Olympic legacy programme
As interest in sport, inspired by the London 2012 Olympics, reaches an all-time high, Bucks Sport, the Buckinghamshire and Milton Keynes Sports Partnership and strategic partner of Sport England, announces its post-Olympic legacy programme to ensure Bucks residents have easy access to a wide range of sports activities, training and facilities on their doorstep for many more years to come.
Through seven different programmes aimed at a mix of young people, schools, workplaces, adults, talented sportspeople, those with disability, coaches and would be coaches, Bucks Sport is hoping to help ‘keep a generation inspired.’

Says Mark Ormerod, Director of Bucks Sport, “The Olympics is putting sport in the spotlight as never before and we’re ready to respond to this opportunity to get even more people in Buckinghamshire involved in some kind of sporting activity. The end of the Games actually marks the start of the legacy work we will implement here in Bucks. We’re working with a range of partners to ensure a co-ordinated delivery network is in place to keep the magic of the games in the heart of the local community, helping improve facilities, training more people to make sport happen and creating more opportunities. With the help of Fresh we have been launching our legacy programmes at the Live Sites (www.buckscc.gov.uk/bcc/london2012/live.page) taking place across Buckinghamshire, with a range of marketing material including Olympic Torches and Balloons which have captured residents imagination.”

'With the help of Fresh we have been launching our legacy programmes at the Live Sites'

If you can’t make it along to one of the Bucks Live Sites then visit www.buckssport.org or www.reactivatebucks.org to find out how you can be part of London 2012 legacy in Buckinghamshire and Milton Keynes.

Kevin Brook who headed up the design & print campaign said ' It was such a unique piece of branding and to be involved with the project made us feel part of the Olympics. The torch itself, which we designed and printed is a very bespoke and special piece of print that people will keep. This is exactly what we do at Fresh - create quality solutions.'
